Meet Lauren

Over the years, yoga has taught me the value of slowing down, staying present, and making space for both growth and joy.

As my relationship with yoga grows, so does my appreciation for the way movement can connect people and create meaningful experiences.

That belief eventually inspired the creation of Where We Flow Yoga Collective, built on the idea that wellness is better when shared.
